Basic production facilities of STALFORM Int  include modern plants for manufacturing formwork forming formwork systems from steel and high-strength aluminum alloy. A wide range of manufacturing sites reduces production costs, and allow selection the optimum production technology and protection for each element of the formwork.

Metalworking:

Corrosion protection:

• hot-dip galvanizing line for protection of major components of the formwork (steel post shores, frames, panels)
• galvanizing section (cold galvanizing) - for extension of the life of threaded joints and other friction elements of the formwork
• workshop with automated a powder coating line for surface preparation and application of polymer coatings that are resistant to mechanical stress and weathering

Woodworking:

• equipment for cutting and bending plywood in accordance with drawings and models by STALFORM Int

Technological preparation and control

The company's engineers perform a complete technical preparation of the production cycle, determine the production logistics and ensure, through supervision at all stages, from the selection of raw materials and ending with acceptance into operation of the finished product.

All manufacturing operations are carried out on the basis of a set of design documents for the product developed by the design department STALFORM Int in accordance with the standards ESKD.

In order to furnish the mechanized formwork with reliable drives are involved specialized engineering companies of a corresponding profile. The terms of reference for the design of the equipment is compiled and set designers of STALFORM Int.

Prior to sending the equipment to a construction site at production and warehouse facility of STALFORM Int, under supervision of the Head of the Engineering Department is performed a testing assembly of the formwork, as well as testing of elements of formwork systems and components and gear; testing is carried out in practical techniques of handling the formwork under supervision of specialist designated for particular construction projects.
